Follow these steps to renew your QuickBooks Online API access for SellerZen.
To renew your QuickBooks Online API access for SellerZen, you’ll have to use Intuit’s Sign In button.
Go to app.sellerzen.com
You must log into SellerZen using the Intuit Sign In button to renew API access.
Sign into Intuit using your Intuit credentials.
After you’ve clicked on the Sign In button, you’ll be prompted to select the company that was connected to SellerZen. Click on the correct company and allow access.
If you’ve selected the wrong company, you’ll be kicked back out. You’ll have to sign in again to select the correct company.
Retry import for any failed transactions by selecting “Retry Import For All” under the Batch actions drop-down menu or resume synchronization if it’s paused under the API Status page if your synchronization is paused.
Make sure you retry import for every transaction: Orders, Refunds, Returns, Reimbursements, and Settlements.
